Choosing an AI clipping tool as a coach or consultant (2026)
The clipping advice aimed at full-time content creators mostly doesn't fit a coaching or consulting business. You're not chasing reach for its own sake — you're trying to stay visible to a few thousand of the right people and convert a handful of them into calls.
That changes what matters in a tool. Volume matters less; consistency and low effort matter more, because content is a side effect of your actual work, not the work itself. A pipeline that turns each client call recording or webinar into three or four clips a week, on autopilot, beats one that could make thirty you'll never schedule.
Link tracking is the other priority. The metric that matters is booked calls attributed to short-form, so the tool should make it easy to attach a tracked link per platform or per clip series rather than leaving you to wire that up separately.
Captions matter because much of your audience watches on mute during a workday, and a clear talking-head clip with readable captions is most of what you need — heavy effects are beside the point.
OptimaClip's Creator tier fits this shape: enough credits for a weekly cadence, scheduling built in, per-platform tracked links at export, and Smart Reframe so a call recording becomes clean vertical clips without manual cropping.
