Cookie Policy

Essential cookies

Used to keep you signed in (session/authentication cookies) and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These are required for the Service to function, are not used for tracking, and cannot be disabled while using OptimaClip.

Product analytics

We use HeyCatch to understand how visitors use OptimaClip and to identify signed-in accounts by name, email, and plan. Unlike the advertising cookies below, HeyCatch loads on every visit and does not wait for your consent choice.

Advertising cookies

Because we run paid advertising campaigns, we use analytics and conversion/audience pixels from the platforms below to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads. In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland they load only after you accept on our cookie banner; if you decline, or before you make a choice, none of them are loaded and no data is sent to these providers. Everywhere else (including the United States) they load by default and you can opt out at any time with the Your privacy choiceslink in the site footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and don't load them:

• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads)
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel
• TikTok Pixel
• Reddit Pixel
• Pinterest Tag

Each provider may set its own cookies and receive event data such as page views and sign-ups, governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

Referral and creator links

If you arrive through an affiliate link (?ref=) or an OptimaClip creator's link (?trybe=), we set a first-party cookie recording which partner referred you, so we can pay them if you later buy a subscription. For creator links, the creator's link code, the page you landed on and the referring page are shared with our creator platform, Trybe, together with a random visitor id; when you pay for a subscription, the payment amount is reported against that id. This is used only to pay our partners, not to show you ads, and it applies even if you decline advertising cookies. Referral cookies last up to 60 days; the creator visitor id lasts up to 365 days. You can delete them at any time in your browser.

Payments

When you go through checkout or the billing portal, Stripe (our payment processor) may set its own cookies as part of fraud prevention and payment processing. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Changing your choice

You can change your choice, withdraw consent or opt out at any time using the Your privacy choiceslink (also in the site footer), which reopens the banner — choose Decline to opt out. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's Browser Add-on. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to OptimaClip.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell data collected via cookies. The advertising pixels are used to measure and target our own ads, not to sell information to third parties. Some US state laws treat sharing data with ad platforms for this kind of advertising as "sharing"; to opt out of it, use Your privacy choices and choose Decline, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
