Turn recorded sales calls into an objection-handling clip library
Recorded sales calls are a repurposing source most teams ignore: across a month of calls, the same five or six objections come up — price, timing, switching cost, 'we'll build it ourselves,' internal buy-in — and somewhere in the recordings a rep answered each one cleanly. Collect those answers and you have both a training asset and a content series.
For internal use, cut a clip per objection showing the exact language that worked and share it with the team. This is faster onboarding than a script document because new reps hear the tone and timing, not just the words.
For external content, the same clips work with light editing — anonymize the prospect, keep the rep's answer, and post it as 'what to say when a client says X.' Buyers in your category recognize their own objection and self-identify.
Get consent structured into the call recording disclosure, and still review each clip before it goes public. A prospect agreeing to be recorded for quality purposes is not the same as agreeing to appear in your marketing.
Prioritize by frequency. Pull your CRM notes or call tags for the objections that show up most, and build clips for those first — they're the ones costing you deals and the ones your audience shares.
OptimaClip processes call recordings like any two-speaker video: transcript, moment-detection to find the objection-and-response exchanges, and captioned vertical or 4:5 exports for the versions you publish.
