Should you post the same clip to multiple accounts?
There are two different questions hiding in this one. Posting the same clip across your own TikTok, Reels, and Shorts is standard practice and not penalized — it's just distribution.
Running multiple accounts on the same platform and posting the identical file to all of them is riskier. Platforms detect duplicate uploads, and while a small amount is tolerated, a network of accounts posting the same clips reads as spam and gets reach-limited.
The safer version of a multi-account strategy is genuinely different cuts per account — different hooks, lengths, or framing of the same source moment — so each upload is a distinct video rather than a copy.
Reposting someone else's clip from your account without permission is a separate issue: possible copyright claim, and platforms increasingly demote unoriginal reposts regardless.
OptimaClip's per-platform presets already produce distinct cuts of the same moment for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, which is the clean way to be on multiple surfaces without posting literal duplicates.
