Repurposing live office hours and community calls into clips

If you run recurring office hours or a weekly community call, each session is a low-effort source of two to four clips, because the format already produces what short-form needs: a specific question from a real member, and your answer to it in a couple of minutes.

Set a standing process so it doesn't pile up. Right after each call, skim the recording or transcript, mark two or three timestamps where the question was broadly useful, and queue those for clipping the same day. A 15-minute habit beats a quarterly backlog.

Pick questions that generalize. A hyper-specific 'how do I fix this error in my account' isn't a clip; 'how do you decide when to raise prices' is. The test: would this help someone who's never heard of your community?

Open the clip on the question — as a title card or you reading it — and keep the answer to its core. Office-hours answers wander because they're live; cut the tangents.

Anonymize the asker unless they're a named participant who's fine being featured.

Feed each session's recording into OptimaClip, jump to your marked timestamps, and export the two or three clips with captions; over a quarter that's a consistent content stream with almost no extra creation work.
